  We could not be more satisfied with Matt and the entire team at Elite Construction Systems. The entire experience of getting our room addition was professional and comfortable. From the initial walk through to completion of the project, We knew we found the right contractor for our needs. We cant wait to start the next project with Elite Construction Systems.

  Called and set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on a new metal roof, took off work to meet them and they never showed up. I called the office and was told they would investigate the matter and get back with me right away. I never even got a call back. Called them again the next day and against my better judgement, I still rescheduled the appointment for a week later to give them another chance. I'm sitting here as I type this review waiting for someone who was supposed to be here an hour ago AGAIN. No call, no text, nothing from them saying they couldn't make it out or would be late. Nothing, nada, zip, zilch. In the meantime I got a quote from Ruiz Roofing. They came out the next day on time when they said they would and even called me the day of to make sure I could still meet them. At this point elite could offer me a free roof and I'd still go with someone else. This company is not interested in your business and if this is how they conduct themselves, I don't want them on my roof in the first place.

  I had to replace my roof. Elite came over and worked with me to find a roof that help accent the rest of my house, Matt is very professional, and courteous. The crew came in a did a great job, they were quick, did the job right and cleaned up well. I would recommend Elite Construction systems to everybody
