Called to inquire about a product from plumbing, had my answer in less than 5 minutes. When I arrived at the store, the same gentleman that I spoke with on the phone assisted me with my purchase. I was in & out & on my way home to get water back in my house in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Home Depot for your great customer service!

I've been to Home Depot looking for a particular item, it was supposed to be ordered but I went back 4 times over 3 week time period with no success. Each time, I was told that the item would be there in a few days but it still has not arrived.
