  I want to restate my disappointment with your company. The communication between your sales personnel and the work crew was very poor. Your company chose to ignore what was set up by the sales representative, as to the type of shingles to be used and the time period with which the work was to be done. The crew showed up unannounced a month early and were on my roof working before I knew it. I also let the project manager know I did not want to replace my rain gutters, but they received much damage so that they needed replaced. The eve nails were purposely bent, some of the gutters were tacked back up with the drain side too high to allow drainage, and the gutters themselves were damaged. The siding and window wraps (not covered by the insurance claim) also received many scrapes and scratches. When I spoke to you about my concerns I was answered with excuses. I do appreciate that your project manager did come and take care of some of the other issues: replacing the broken dryer vent; replacing broken window well covers; replacing some ground drains from the gutters, buffing most of the scrapes on the siding, and repairing screens damaged by the crew. Thank you for that. Quite honestly though, I just wanted to be done with you and therefore paid the final bill. I had Home Masters replace my roof this fall. A short time later upon review of insurance payments I realized that what I/we thought they were paying on a portion of the claim was less than originally thought. This in turn was to be reflected in the agreement we had made on costs. When this was discovered I contacted the company and after some discussion and fact checking the company agreed to a refund of the difference. So, although the crew that did my roof was not the best, Mr. Miller did have them repair damages and kept the agreement made on costs. Thank you for your fair and prompt response to this issue.

  DO NOT USE HOMEMASTERS WITH RANDY MILLER. It has been TWO YEARS. He came to our house after a major hail storm, said everything would be taken care of, don't worry. Shingles were taken care of, NOTHING ELSE. Siding, broken windows, deck, doors. Leaks from windows going into electric sockets. Deck rotting faster with the weather AFTER TWO YEARS. WON'T RETURN CALLS. AMBULANCE CHASER OF CONTRACTORS. NEVER USE THIS POS SCAMMER

  Had my house hailed on recently during the big storms over the summer. Called Home Masters and they got me on a new roof and gutters right away. They were also super helpful with getting me through the insurance process as well.
