Home Genius did an amazing job, they came on time, they did my roof and my neighbors roof at the same time!!! Jamie, Trey, George, and Buddy did a great job of guiding me through the process and answering my questions. If I had any concerns they were addressed immediately. And while roofing tends to be a bit of a bloody mess, they took great care to make sure that nothing got damaged and they did an immaculate clean up. See the pictures. Very satisfied.

Excellent service from start to finish! The inspector was highly knowledgeable about roofing and other specialties. They were able to provide multiple quotes for my roof, gutters, windows, and siding almost instantly after the inspection. The communication from the project manager and others were superb during the job. Quality and service worth every penny! As a contractor myself, I highly recommend this company.

The company was very well organized in terms of planning, preparing and executing my roof project. Tim as a project manager was attentive to my Ned’s and concerns. He informed me of steps to be taken and approximate time to complete. The installation team did a good job. They completed the task in one day and did a thorough job in cleaning up the areas. I had a walk- around to inspect to my satisfaction before I provided the final payment. Overall, I am happy with the works by Home Genious Exterior and strongly recommend them .

We used Home Genius Exteriors for our new roof and gutters, as well as the installation of 5 skylights. We had a great experience, beginning with our sales rep, Martin. Martin worked with us to get to a price we felt comfortable with, while still ensuring that all our needs were met. He sat with us for (literally) hours going over the options available and making sure we were happy. They got us scheduled quickly and our roof and skylights job was done in one day with a great team and project manager. Our gutters are getting done tomorrow, but so far we can recommend them!

I first want to state that this is my first major project I have completed on my house.  I am ecstatic and amazed how Home Genius Exteriors provided state of the art service.  I signed the contract on Wednesday and materials for the roof were delivered to my house by Friday morning.   Upon arrival of delivering the materials a gentleman knocked on the door to obtain permission to place the materials in a particular location. Monday morning in frigid  weather conditions the contractors were at my house.  The roof installation was completed in less than two days.
When the installation of the roof was completed I was notified by the project manager who was on site during the final day of completion.  He walked with me around the house and pointed out intricate parts on the roof and explained the process.  While asking higher order questions to obtain clarity , the project manager was clear and concise in answering all of questions.
I am elated and pleased with the complete process from start to finish.  I have additional exterior projects that are in need of repair.  Based on my experience with this project I will continue to utilize this company.

Brady came out to discuss the installation of a bay window. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Very easy to talk to and provided a bunch of great information. We didn’t end up doing this project but would consider using Home genius exteriors on our next project because of the interaction we had with Brady.

Had my new roof install in January with home genius. The process was smooth and the installers arrived on time and finished up in a timely manner.  The result was good and the project manager Tim was available to answer questions and address all concerns.

Also had my new windows installed today 3/25/22. The installers arrived on time and completed the project quickly. They were professional the whole time and respected they home
