They damaged our roof and have not fixed it, they tried to overcharge us, and we had to tell them multiple times, on multiple issues that the repairs they said were done had not been completed. • 3/6- Contract for repairs signed- Neither State Farm, Home Again, or any other roofing contractor that looked at our roof identified any problems with the beams • Delays due to weather • 4/16- Started repairs • 4/20- Texted salesperson shed was not reroofed, pallet of supplies still in driveway • 4/25- Requested woodworking to be completed • 4/26- Supplies removed from driveway • 5/1- Texted salesperson that woodwork was not complete • 5/4- Worker came did some work, did not complete • 5/4- Gutter work started. The gutter subcontractors did not know the details from contract (Replace shed gutters, unclog French Drains, leaf screens for the new gutters) • 5/5- Gutter sub-contractor told us they could not snake the French drain as we were told when we signed contract with Home Again. He said the tools necessary would destroy the pipes in the French Drain • 5/5- Inquired about the incomplete work • 5/5- Told by salesperson work was done • 5/15- Called the owner and informed him of the dips in the roof • 5/15- Owner said he would get fascia over the side door fixed • 5/15- Owner came to the house to look at roof structural problem. He said, “Joists are broken and have been sistered and improperly supported. I’ll let you know what some options are.” • 5/31- Fascia over the side door fixed • 6/1- Salesperson requested $476.67 more than the contract, no reason, just an error • 6/1- Paid in full • 7/2- Lawyer sent letter by regular mail, with a requested action date of 7/11 • 7/25- Lawyer sent certified letter • 7/25-8/14- Owner contacted our lawyer. Lawyer asked for info relating to our claim • 9/18- Lawyer says he has not heard anything more from Home Again • 10/29- Roof inspected by certified home inspector who stated beams had been broken by excess weight not distributed properly on roof

Home again roofing installed a new roof on my house several years ago. Yesterday I called the company to see if anyone could come out and check a shingle issue I had on the front of my house near my guttering. Devon called within 10 minutes of my call and said he was in the area and would swing by. This was something I did not expect. He came out, brought his ladder out and fixed the issue immediately. He also looked at the flashings around my chimney which turned out to be all right. All in all I was very impressed with the company’s response to a minor issue on a roof several years old. I highly recommend this company on their roofs and their service!!!

We ran into Larry Lee, from Home Again Roofing and Construction, at the Tulsa Home and Garden Show. We knew that we had suffered some storm damage and needed a new roof, and thought that we would talk to a few roofers at the show. Quite frankly, after we talked to Larry, we did not feel the need to talk to anyone else. He came out to our house a day later and suggested calling our insurance company, because he felt that there was a strong possibility that we might get their assistance in the replacement. On the day that the adjuster arrived, Larry came to our house as well, just to provide any assistance he could to help. The adjust agreed with Larry's assessment and wrote us a check on the spot, since we were very comfortable with using Home Again. Even though Larry was trying to schedule us quickly, Mother Nature got in the way, but as soon as there were 2 clear weather days in a row, their crew was at our door. The job went quickly, and throughout the process. Larry sent us both pictures and drone videos to keep us up on both the progress and the damaged sheeting under the old shingles that needed repair. We had two skylights that I had planned to replace, but Larry took care of their repair as well, plus made arrangements with a gutter company to replace the damaged guttering too! The only concern we had was selecting a shingle color and the color for the new gutters! Our experience with Home Again has been great!
