  We were so pleased with our entire experience with Hoffman Weber! After much deliberation (and many exchanges with Derrick as we changed our mind again and again and asked one million questions), we went with a metal roof and are so happy we did. The crew was respectful, cleaned up the work area well each day, and the roof looks great. Looking forward to going with this company when we need siding done as well!

  The starting point is an architect's dream roof and a roofer's nightmare, many valleys and ridges at complex angles, plus eyebrows everywhere. Derrick Hansen of HW, Luck, Wisconsin provided a collaborative bid that changed (less expensive) what I thought I needed. Upon acceptance of the bid, the HW office systems provided the management and control to make sure materials were ordered and delivered just before the promised start date. At my request, Derrick served as the project manager and double checked that everything the install crew needed was delivered. The crew arrived on time and I was wowed by their work ethic and productivity. Without hesitation, I recommend HW-Luck and Derrick for you roofing needs. Bill Brown

  Derrick Hansen the Representative/Project Manager is very knowledgeable. He did a great job keeping me informed and moving the job along. Material delivery, demolition dumpster, etc.. The metal roofing crew likewise did a great job and managed to get everything closed up before some snow arrived. Everything done according to the contract we signed, to the penny. This was a metal roof replacement job after 7/28/2019 tornado. House and garage. November, 2021- I want to add the great follow up by Derrick. He has been out a few times to look over the job. He even got up on the roof of both buildings, inspected and tweaked a few things himself. Excellent! If you are in NW Wisconsin and need work done, call Derrick. You will not regret it. You may have regrets if you do not. Ed Carlin
