  When I initially reached out to Hiner Homes for roofing and fencing, I felt there was inadequate communication from them. I expressed these concerns and then I received a visit from both the owner and his superintendent. They both came to personally address the issues I had and were quick to fix any problems that arose. This is a company that really cares about their customers and their community. Hiner Homes did a complete roof replacement, and repaired or replaced the fence. The materials used and the quality of work was always above standard. They were very punctual and tried to be as unintrusive as they could. There was a very minor issue with some landscaping damage from the roof replacement. Hiner Home’s superintendent, Moose, stepped in quickly and had it taken care of as though nothing had happened. I’ve had such a positive interaction with this company that all projects I have, I go straight to them. I know they will always provide excellent quality services. TL:DR Hiner Homes provides excellent quality services, truly cares about their customers and is willing to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.
