  I had a 'difficult duplex', that ended up being no match for these guys! They worked with me from start to finish & helped me deal with the insurance inspection. I had many requests such as deleting old vents & installing new ones to accommodate updates to an old house. The previous roofer did not properly replace bad decking so had to have High Tech do it right. They showed me what was wrong as they uncovered issues as they worked. High Tech spent more time doing the little things that made a big difference, the roof looks great!

  We’ve built houses for 26 years, and High Tech Roofing is our favorite roofing company yet! We had to change our dates several times waiting on our framers to finish. The owner was so patient and understanding. When the crew started they were happy, nice, and the cleanest crew I’ve ever seen. When they were finished you could not tell by looking on the ground they were ever there. Thanks! You guys are the best. ☺️

  The owner is really nice to talk to you but you pay for the job as it was explained to me. They bought 37 boxes over the needed materials and only left two in case we need it. So they overcharged us by $1800 of materials that they got for free. The workers were completely inconsistent except one named Cesar. If you use them please buy your own materials first and then have them do the labor.

  I’m sorry you feel this way, I will have someone reach out to you. Now, in construction we always order more material for the job then needed on special orders and because we purchased the material it is property of High Tech roofing. The over ordering for your job does not dictate the price up charge you’re claiming occurred or a difference. You were not over charged $1800 dollars more for the job and we did not get more material for free. We always order extra for special order or during Covid because if we are short in materials it may take weeks to get in for that job. Plus we have waste, cuts, and defective pieces that can occur and surprises that may occur. Again, the original job bid was for the original price and that is what was done, sorry to hear about such a bad experience.
