  Long story short, I called three times to receive an estimate and never got one. Details are, I corresponded with someone for about a week, got told they were on their way to check out my house, waited two weeks and called back, they said they have no record of me ever calling. So I set up another estimate. Called back weeks later and said they have no record. So I'm writing this review. If you need a job done, don't count on this company.

  High Plains inspected the roof while the homeowner wasn't at home and determined that there was nothing that we could do for the trailer home roof. Unfortunately, we were in the middle of a hail storm and did not communicate this back to Mr Richmeier. We apologize for not getting back to you due to our high call volume during the storm repair chaos. High Plains Roofing has been in business for over 30 years and we are confident that this incident was not the norm.
