  I must say, these guys did an absolutely amazing job on my house. I had a combination of 50 year old siding, leaky windows, and termite damage as a result of the previous owners neglect. They repaired extensive termite damage on the garage wall and the 3 season room. The corner of my house needed new sill plates and rim joists. Brian and Dave basically made my house better than brand new, while always being cordial, personable, and punctual. Their knowledge and attention to every minute detail is astounding. The owner Don Higgins has very high standards for quality and runs a tight ship. They’ve done hundreds of VanPatten houses in my neighborhood and are more than familiar with the way they are built and the various problems they tend to have as they age. Happy to have the nicest house on the block now!
