Due to wind damage we needed roof repair so we contacted Hiester Construction for help...Bob an his company responded very quickly an assisted in helping us with our insurance company adjuster and provided written a proposal. From start to finish their service was amazing. His installation crew arrived on time, worked very diligently an was very professional in replacing our entire roof an guttering. Excellent job of cleanup as well. ....WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... THANK YOU Paul & Kay Schultz

Had them replace my main house roof after storm damage. Bob responded quickly and assisted in helping with insurance company adjuster and provided written proposal. Installation crew arrived on time, worked diligently & were professional. Excellent job of cleanup. Working in the home service industry for over 30 years, I know what good cusotmer service looks like and they provided it very well. In my experience this a rarity in the roofing industry. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

In April we had hail damage to our home and garage like many homes in the area. Of course many roofing companies ‘hit’ my town offering free estimates. Since years ago Heister replaced our house roof and they did an excellent job we decided to call again. The estimate was done and sent to my insurance. Not all damage was included in the insurance check so we requested an additional quote for the missing replacement items but there has been no response. We also cut a deposit check on June 8th and have not heard a word on when we are going to be scheduled or when work will begin on our property. We have been calling the office almost weekly for the last month or two with no response. While trying to be patient knowing there are homes with more damage than ours, we are at the point where we are very close to requesting the deposit back and hiring a company that will be responsive to our calls and requests.

Deb, We sincerely apologize for the delays and lack of communication. Materials are finally coming in from Michigan, and we will start on the project next week. We are doing everything we can to stay on top of things during the pandemic and we are truly sorry. Thank you for being our customer.
