  Poor communication between "office manager", "Tim", and the "other guy who only communicates via text" We tried to have this company bid our restoration. After a couple weeks waiting for the office manager to put us in contact with someone who was willing to show up, we had an appointment today with someone who seemingly only text messages his conversations. Just received a phone call from the office manager saying business is good, they don't want our job, so find someone else. About 20 minutes later, the text guy sends a message confirming he can show up around noon today. Never met this Tim guy, but it sounds like he needs to have a little training session with his people. I have bids from other companies in the 50k range, perhaps this is too small of a job for him? Regardless: Piss poor customer experience, I would give only 1 star if we had signed a contract before seeing the red flags.
