They were very professional and after getting 3 quotes from local companies they had the best price and explained everything the best. I used them to replace entire roof and do metal over an existing porch. Quinton was my contact and made entire process easy.

Omg I love my new roof. The picture doesn’t do it justice. Quinton was my roof hero rep and he is absolutely the best! I contacted Hero Roofing after reading all of the great reviews. I actually had a rep from another company come out prior to Quinton from Hero Roofing. That rep didn’t even attempt to go on the roof and basically said the insurance company I have is very difficult to work with and wouldn’t approve. Quinton came out, went on my roof and said he would fight for me to get my roof covered by my insurance company. Quinton was very professional throughout the process; on time every time and communicated if running late; honest; and provided excellent customer service. While Quinton wasn’t able to get my roof fully covered by my insurance company just because of the insurance company, he got me halfway there. Quinton is the best roofing rep out there!!! Do not hesitate to get your roofing done by this company. Now since my roof is new and it hasn’t rained yet, I cannot speak on if I’ve noticed any leaks since the new roof was done. I will update my review if I get any leaks and reach out to Quinton to fuss lol. But for now, I am more than satisfied with how everything turned out. Thanks Quinton for all you did to make the process easier!!

Hero did a massive overhaul to my house. They removed our old roof, built a new higher pitched roof, added a massive front porch and replaced the siding. This company is amazing, I seriously doubt there is another company around that is as professional and competent as Hero. All the work was done by Hero, none of it was subcontracted. I highly recommend them.
