  We recently moved to Delaware and purchased a 2 year old home and soon discovered we had a terrible roof leak. My realtor recommended Hernandez Contractor LLC to us. We immediately called and got an appointment with Jose, the owner in a couple of days. He was on time (actually early) and immediately found the source of the leak. Jose came back the next morning, earlier than my appointment because it was supposed to rain and he didn't want any further damage that had already been done to walls and ceiling due to the leak. He fixed the leak just as it started to rain! Jose's team has been amazing...to Noel and Tiffany, thank you for your incredible follow up! If you are looking to have a new roof or just a repair, I encourage you to look no further than with Hernandez as they are true professionals and know what they are doing!! Truly a pleasure to work with.

  Having been in the construction industry for 40 plus years and now too old to replace my own roof, I contacted the Hernandez family for an estimate and to have some minor roof repairs completed prior to Hurricane season. The son (Noel) came out (on time) and completed a very through inspection and produced an estimate with every specific detail that an old "picky contractor" requested. A few days later the owner himself (Jose) came by to complete and addressed every concern identified during his son's inspection. Yes Jose did have to reschedule (once) to the following day (a Saturday which was likely one of the few days he was suppose to be off). CLEARLY understandable and acceptable because he is in such HIGH demand due to his excellent reputation and knowledge. The communication from his office staff (Tiffany, aka his wife) was more than what one would expect with text reminders of impending visits and personal phone calls when Jose realized he needed to reschedule and or if he was running late. Everyone, as other reviewers have noted, are professional, kind, and EXTREMELY helpful. The repair work that Jose completed was exactly what I wanted and done in a manner that I would have done myself if I were younger and able to do so. I have NO reservation of hiring his company to complete our upcoming re-roofing project in March of 2022. This day and age it is refreshing to find a contractor that is so conscientious, dedicated, and customer oriented as Mr. Hernandez. Thank you Jose (Noel & Tiffany), I am looking forward to seeing you and your men in March! Joe G.
