  Bottom line: I wholeheartedly recommend you hire Hermetica to fix your roof. I’ve never been more pleased with a home repair contractor. We had a small tear in our roofing that led to a fairly significant leak. Azamat was great. He was responsive, got out soon after we talked, worked fast, walked me through his plan, didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need, offered a significantly lower bid for the work than the competitors, and provided a warranty nearly 3 times as long as the other quote we got. I waited to write a review until we could test out the repairs. Since Hermetica did the work, there have been several rain showers and a couple of real downpours. We’ve had no leaks.

  Great communication, excellent work, and a good price! Aza responded promptly to all my texted questions, sent me photos before and after, and also took the time to explain which repairs were necessary and which were not. He was also very accommodating and flexible when I asked him to reschedule because we were having some issues dealing with our insurance company. I highly recommend him for all your roofing needs!

  Aza was timely, efficient, and a great communicator. I loved that he took pictures of our roof before and after to fully explain the work. Found him recommended on Next Door and will certainly pass on his info to other neighbors!
