  Would give zero stars if I could Would not recommend this business unless you plan to pay way over what they give you in their estimate and are willing to wait 3 months for an incomplete job. I was provided an estimate for window installation, it took them 3 months AFTER I gave my deposit for them to start the work. This was only for labor as we had already purchased the windows. After they were "done" with the job, I returned home to find no trim and no window jams installed, just bare window frames. I contacted them and asked them if the job was complete and they said yes the estimate they provided did not include any trim work and I would have to pay an additional $1500 to have window jams and trim put in. I would expect that an estimate would include a full job and this was never disclosed upfront. They are terrible with communication, don't expect to have any of your calls returned for weeks.

  Sorry to hear you were disappointed with our work. After reviewing your contract, I noticed that we agreed to complete the work within 120 days. According to your review and our records we met that expectation. The contract stated that we were to perform labor only. We bid to install the windows you purchased, there wasn’t any trim to install so the 1500.00 was material and labor(our cost without any profit) in hopes to make any possible confusion with original contract a better situation. As the contract reads and your review states, this was a labor only bid and all materials were to be provided by you the customer. We had to charge going and purchasing the trim that you didn’t have on site. Again, we’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with the end result. Keith Palmquist

  Absolutely top notch company. Excellent work at a super competitive price. I first had them do my home. It was actually fun to watch how fast the job got done with no skimping on quality workmanship. My job was done in 2 days...I never found one loose nail on the ground when they were done. After the job Kieth stopped by to be sure I was 100% satisfied. They were so good I also had them do a rental house I had in Bloomington and then a Motel I owned in Willmar. They are professionals who know what they are doing!

  Heritage Exteriors & Restoration did an outstanding job fixing our hail damaged house. They replaced shingles, gutters, downspouts, lead guards and all the windows and doors to my house while handling the entire insurance claim. I'd highly recommend!
