  They sent a few guys out to check out my leaking roof. The guys told me they needed to go back to the office that day what would call me with a price to replace that section of roof and would come back with a contract for me to sign. I agreed and waited. When they didn’t call I inquired the next day just to be met with a rude phone cal about “how expensive it would be”, I asked if I could get the price and was told I would have a call back that day. No call. I texted the original man who came to my house and was promised a text back by the next day. No text. In fact they never called back. If they were too busy to do the job I think professionally I at least deserved a phone call explanation so I could seek other service. Extremely disappointed in this service and would never call them again.

  Jennifer. I apologize that you had this type of experience with our company. We have systems and processes that prevent these type of issues from happening. Obviously none of them were followed from top to bottom. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and I will personally look into this lack of communication myself.   We had Herbert Roofing and insulation out early this winter to add some insulation to our attic. The whole process was so easy to do with them. They handled it from start to finish with such ease. We had no idea what to expect. Brad came in and educated us on what we should have installed and how the installation process is going to happen. First of all the results are amazing and the crew were very professional. The cleanup was impeccable I never knew they even there. I highly recommend the Herbert roofing and insulation for all of your roofing and insulation needs.
