      Called for a gutter guard estimate. Admin followed up but the technician did not as arranged. May be more work than they can handle.

I checked our emails, incoming calls, answering service messages and our online estimate system and I don't see a Mike Bailey anywhere in our system.       I've used the firm twice now to clean my gutters. Henry's is easy to schedule, show up when they promise, and Lionel, one of their technician's, is a real pro. He earns every penny of the very reasonable fee they charge. I highly recommend them.

      This is the response I've sent to Henry's Housework. Should you choose to still hire them after my review, make sure you keep looking over their shoulders as they will not perform a good job if you are not around. I have called your office yesterday. I wanted to let you know that there is an area of the gutter that has been pulled out about 2 inches from the fascia board. This produced that the rain water was falling in between the gutter and the fascia board and consequently, directly into the foundation which caused the water to come into the basement. I did not supervised your workers when they came, that's why I am only noticing it now. This is an obvious mistake that was caused by your workers grabbing themselves from the gutter and separating it from the fascia board. This is going to cost me quite a lot of money to repair it. This is the third time that I have hired your company to clean my gutters. The first time you sent an African American man who did a very good job. The second time you sent a worker that even though he did a good job but he had not all the necessary tools at hand and had to borrow some of mine, including a hose nozzle that he broke and you replaced it. The third time you sent a couple of workers and I already told you what happened with them. This issue signals to me that you have quite a turn over of human resources. Perhaps this is due fact that you do not hire competent workers (my case proves it) and/or you do not pay them well enough. Needless to say, I am not planning to contract your services any longer and be aware that I will be posting this message on the internet as I told the lady that I spoke with yesterday. Also, please remove my name from the list, as I do no longer wish to receive your e-mails any more. Thank you

      I didn't want to post this in public but your actions have left me no choice. In my opinion your accusations are unfounded and after the way you treated my field technicians while they were at your home, and my office staff with your abusive verbal attacks and insulting comments in text messages, on the phone and in emails, I may contact my lawyer and the police for legal action. I am notifying you now in public that if you contact my office again we will record your phone calls, text messages and emails and file them for legal action. I will not stand by while you verbally attack and abuse anyone that works for me, or make false statements against them or my company. In Response to your comments: 1. The reason your gutters and fascia boards are loose is because your gutters are full of leaves and debris. It has been over SIX MONTHS since we cleaned your gutters. You said: " I did not supervised your workers when they came, that's why I am only noticing it now." It has been over SIX MONTHS since we cleaned your gutters, so I'm sure you would have noticed the gutter falling off the house quite some time ago, so I'm sure this is a new problem and not something caused by one of our technicians. Once again, check the photos we sent you after the service we provided, the gutters are not loose or clogged in any of the photos. - - - - - - - - - - - - You said: "This issue signals to me that you have quite a turn over of human resources. Perhaps this is due fact that you do not hire competent workers (my case proves it) and/or you do not pay them well enough." 2. We don't have a high turnover rate of employees, we have 5-6 crews that clean gutters and other services. Our employees are some of the highest paid and trained in the industry in Montgomery County and average $18-$20 an hour. Some of my employees have been with the company for 15 years. The last time we worked on your property was over SIX MONTHS AGO, and the job was performed properly and you know it because we sent you photos that were taken during the job and you never had any problems with your gutters until recently SIX MONTHS LATER. If you lost the photos we sent you, I would would be happy to share those photos with you again or with anyone that reads your review and requests to see them. Since we cleaned your gutters SIX MONTHS AGO, it has rained over FIFTY TIMES, plus the remnants from two Hurricanes with high winds and near record levels of flooding in the area according to a local weather history site. Yet you didn't have any problems with your gutters until six months later when you posted this review. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our gutter cleaning services which I know you are aware of since you had us come back out to your property after the previous service a year ago. Yes we do occasionally make mistakes and when we do we correct them as you mentioned. However in this case your gutters are full of debris and water which is why the gutters are pulling away from your home. So the problem your having now is due to your lack of properly maintaining your homes rain gutter system.
