  They had a scheduled appointment on a Sunday to come and bid a job for us and decided to wait until the day of to.cancel the appointment due to over booking themselves for the year. Sounds to me like the office and the team does not communicate very well. We had stopped reaching out to other companies because they were so sure they would do the job and then stood us up after we drove 3 hours to meet them on site!!!! Stop being a yes man!!!

  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the late notice caused. As with most contractors right now, we have a large backlog of work. Because of that and since your location is such a long distance from us, we decided it was best not to submit a bid for this project at this time. Although we had not committed to doing the work, only to give an estimate, the notification of cancellation of the appointment should’ve come much sooner.
