Heinz put on a new roof for us. They were thorough from start to finish. They got everything done in half a day on our townhouse and garage. Their staff was friendly and responsive. They even painted our chimney and checked our sky light.

Heinz roofing did an amazing job on our roof! It was done in half a day and everyone was very friendly. Our roof looks great!

I am so glad I found them!  From the moment I called I felt like I was dealing with family. Doug and Jason are amazing! I had a completed roof and gutters within 3 days of my initial call. They both patiently guided me through the process to ensure I made the best decisions for my needs. Sometimes having to explain things more than once, but they handled my neurosis with grace and a sense of humor. The crew was meticulous and efficient. My yard looks better than they found it—even took some nasty cardboard I had piled up by my trash can! Above and beyond service, unbelievably fast, honest and fair. I can’t say enough positive things.

Growing up as the daughter of an OCD contractor/carpenter, doing remodeling off and on my own as an adult in my own home, and not knowing who to trust I was quite uneasy hiring a company to do my roof.

At first I tried hiring a longtime family friend, but the job kept getting put off over and over. I was concerned because I could not complete remodeling inside my house until I was sure the roof wouldn't leak.

I called Heinz Roofing on a Friday, Doug came out on Monday and gave me an estimate that I accepted that day. His crew was there on Wednesday with Jason at the helm, and had it not been for other issues that we found with my old house it would have been done.

As you may know, roofing shingles need to settle to become flat, however; I could already see where an overhang that covered only half of the front of my house seemed to be unlevel with the rest of the roof. It was at this point that it actually dawned on me that this overhang was probably added after the house was built. I thought for sure that that was it, they were done, it wasn't their fault.

I contacted Doug and let him know what I found and he came by and looked and agreed. He wasn't sure what they could do but they would work on it the next week. Of course we had some snow but I thought I was going to be blown off like the friend of our family had done.

When they came over that following Friday, they actually pulled the roofing off of the overhang and found that the insides were built with two by twos. They rebuilt the overhang leaving the soffit as it was, and put new shingles on. I came home for lunch and used the back door as they did their cleanup and asked what I owed, Doug said absolutely nothing.

I was so excited when I left to go back to work, I came out the front door and found that the screen door wouldn't open.

Yet again I contacted Doug I told him I door wouldn't open, he immediately turned around and came back to see what the issue was. As we both looked at it you could see that the prior owners had actually indented the soffit so that the door would open for them. This literally became my problem and not his, however he and Jason came back, pulled the entire soffit down replaced it and now I am beyond impressed.

Heinz Roofing is the most honorable business I have seen in decades. Their workmanship is impressive, they're clean up is immaculate, their company is honorable, and there is just not enough I can possibly say to thank them.

Great roofing company. He's prompt and professional. I would recommend Heinz to anyone.
