  Hefner was contracted through Lowes to remove and install new roof on our home March of last year. We were kept informed of when they would start and when delivery of materials would be delivered by Hefner. They started by tarping our bushes before removal of old roof which was done extremely fast and good not be happier with our new roof. When we had a leak between our garage and house they came back to inspect and showing us a facia issue and were extremely helpful in getting everything settled. We would use on any construction moving forward.

  Never completed the job and the work was very sloppy poor, did not complete nor put back what was there. Contracted by Lowes and I'd never recommend hiring Lowes
