  I've hired them three times in the past 10 years for three different full roof jobs. I was quite satisfied with their work, but now they won't return my calls or get back to me for some repair work on the first job they did for me. I've called and emailed them repeatedly. It has been over three weeks since I contacted them about this and haven't heard back. I guess they don't need the business. PS (12/21)... I tried reaching out to them one more time. They never did call me back. I had to hire another roofer to do the repair, which was very possibly a design flaw of Haworth's. I would have to conclude that they don't stand behind their work.
