  Brent Haverdink came to my home after I requested a quote. Very pleasant and personable; answered my questions, and my home was inside his work geographics. I specifically requested that he either submit a quote or inform me that he wasn't interested in the job, it didn't fit into his schedule, or... whatever - regardless, please let me know one way or the other. Brent agreed and I was advised that I'd have a quote in a week. 3+ weeks later - nothing. No contact at all. How hard is it to call or email in this period of time? Personally, I have little faith in a business that won't take 20 seconds to either affirm or negate their desire to get a job.
