He cashed my check for a new roof deposit $2633 almost a month ago but never did the work or delivered the roofing shingles. I have been lied to and given the run around. I should have had a new roof weeks ago. I have asked for my money back twice to no avail. I will have to go legal. Do NOT hire. I am a disabled person and this loss is devastating both financially and emotionally...and I still need a new roof. Shame on you Harold Gaines.

Harold Gaines sells his name to other contractors. Contractors that do not have the proper licenses use his name in order to get a permit. They pay him a fee for that. It should be illegal. You might get lucky and get someone who knows what they are doing and you might not. Harold is retired now so if you see his name, someone else is doing the work.

Do NOT hire this man. My roof is still leaking after he has visited and worked on the leak for the fourth time. He does not respond quickly to emergencies. My roof is actually leaking worse after he "fixed" it. Hire an actual professional roof repair company. You will regret hiring Harold Gaines.
