  Gave him 4500 dollar deposit never finished the job busted up my concrete left my backyard a total mess…. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!

  Horrible experience with this owner regarding window order done in January of 2020. I was notified by Wayne Rowe (owner) that the windows were received approximately three weeks after the order sent with several dates of promises to show up and place these that never happened. I waited patiently as we did have rainy spring and I was told that at least two of dry weather was needed to place the windows. Once the weather turned better, I tried to contact Wayne by phone on a daily basis but my calls went to voice mail and it appeared my number was blocked. It was only after repeated attempts to contact by another number that 12 of the 16 windows were able to be picked up with one of the larger windows broken and the promise that the replacement plus the four remaining windows would be available the following week. Weeks later this has not happened and, again, repeated phone calls were not answered. The last call by one of my workmen resulted in profanity by Wayne Rowe . This is NOT a cheap order; the cost was $3900. It is now over three months since I paid for these. I cannot recommend that anyone deal with this person or his company (please note all positive postings on his site appear to be from family members) and once courts are again open a lawsuit will be filed against this company. Update.....Lawsuit filed and owner served. He never showed for the hearing. Useless route to go. Don't deal with this person unless you like throwing money away.

  Wow! Worst ever! My house was for sale. I was out of town and had no choice but to google handy man service to have repairs done at my house before closing. This guy took my call. He sent me an invoice for over $1000 and assured me that the work was complete. I had to trust him and paid him. He lied and would not return phone calls. I was forced to hire someone else to do the work. Real Scam artist! If he did this to you please report him to the BBB, file a Police report and demand that your bank reverse the charges. I wouldn’t wish this BUM on anyone!!!!

  How can you say what was done or not you haven’t been here You are only listening to the real estate agents side. She came there with 5 or so items that were not on my list and wanted me to fix them right then on a Sunday afternoon. I told her I would try and help here out if I had some things at the house but what I had wouldn’t work that I could get the Monday but first I needed to know who was paying for the extras and she act like I was suppose to.and that was the last I heard from her and I haven’t received no calls from you in the last week
