  Stan is a honest, reasonable man to work with. He will tell you he is not the cheapest or the most expensive, but what sets him apart in my opinion is his dedication to customer service. He showed up when he said he was going to. Communicated via text, email, photos of things he saw and possible solutions. He even came on a Sunday after everything was all done to address some of my questions and concerns after the first heavy rainfall we had post installation. I only wish I could find other contractors that have Stan's level of commitment to customer service. His crew also courteous to my family members. Very clean, cleanup my property, and did so even knowing they were coming back the next day. Thanks guys, and Ashley. You are great!

  Two coworker recommend this company, because they were satisfied with their great  work, fair pricing and pleasant customer service. I have had the worst experience with contractors since I purchased my home. It was refreshing to work with hard hatters,especially Mike over the phone. They were able to work with me on a price, even when I was a little difficult. sorry guys.. Even the roofer danny was extremely polite and thorough. He was a delight.... I had a small leak repaired and they were able to identify another small issue  and promptly took care of it. Have and will reccomend to others and use again

  My roof needed a repair. From top to bottom Hard Hatters exceeded my high expectations. Great communication on the phone. Stan the owner came out to do the estimate - he is extremely knowledgeable and taught me a few things about roofing while he was here (I'm a big DIY guy). The work crew that came out was professional, very nice guys, worked quickly, did a clean job, and the repair looks beautiful. Best of all the price was excellent! I contacted another company for estimate and they said it was unrepairable - I needed a new roof. Not for Hard Hatters! Thank you Stan and the team, I look forward to getting a quote from you guys when I need a new roof!
