  Wayne, Steve, and their crew are fantastic! Wayne and Steve explained everything throughout the whole process of getting my roof done, provided pictures of unexpected trouble areas, and were sure to work cost effectively. Steve and the crew on site were very thorough and took the extra time and care to be sure the completed project was done to their high standards. Wayne was very quick to respond from the time I requested to quote until the project was completed. An overall great team and they did a great job!

  After loosing almost half of our back roof during the storm in December I have dealt and spoken with almost 20 different roofing companies around Western NY!! Out of them all only one came to do a estimate but unfortunately couldn't repair my roof until the spring. lots of companies I called either didn't return my call, never showed, or didn't do roofing during the winter. Day after day the water caused more interior damage to our home. I finally found Happy Home Exteriors via recommendation the night we had the heavy rain fall that caused thousands of dollars damage from the attack down to our second and first floors. Wayne the sales Manager whom is also Co Owner came highly recommended and I can't praise him enough. He came right out and quoted the damage and walked me through dealing with our home owners claim. This is our first home so I had a ton of questions since I have never filed a claim before. If you have a emergency and have to file a insurance claim he is your guy!! He was so well versed and patient. After a week of signing the contract the crew came to our rescue and tore off the remaining shingles and had it completed in less than a day!! The production Manager Steve whom is also Co Owner came on time and 100% prepared and made this a breeze!! He answered all of my questions & concerns and the project went seamless! The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I can't praise them enough either. They not only cleaned my gutters but also helped clean up all the shingles that we lost in the storm. Everything went so smoothly and they did a Beautiful job! They treated us like family and we are a forever customer. It's hard to find companies that are knowledgeable, dependable, and honest these days. we plan on having them do the remaining roof this summer as well. From the companies helpful kind office staff , the skilled crew, and owners I can't recommend them enough
