  We had been in our home for about a year when we noticed water damage on our ceiling that was forming. I made a few calls and had one company tell me my roof was in excellent shape and the one spot just needed to be repaired. I felt uneasy with just on opinion so we reached out to Halo and I was grateful we did. They came out right away and had a much different story. The shingles were all damaged and needing replacement- which was confirmed by our insurance inspector as well. We had our entire roof replaced and the process was painless. Not only did they walk us through and questions we had, but they are so kind and caring! The crew was even kind enough to reinstall my Christmas tree light decoration that I had outside, and trust me, that was not fun for me to even install the first time! I didn’t even ask them to put it back up! They were clean and respectful of our property. I think this may have honestly been one of the easiest things I’ve dealt with as a homeowner and that is pretty impressive!

  Had an excellent experience with Scott and the bunch at Halo. They helped through the entire process, especially with navigating insurance claims. No pressure tactics or scams. When the work crew arrived they were prompt and professional. From start to finish they were only there for 10 hours, and aside from the new roof, you couldn't tell anyone had been there--thorough clean up. Highly recommend Scott and Halo for any restoration work you might need on your home.

  Getting our roof repaired after hurricane Zeta was a literal breeze! The team at Halo was fast, responsive, and professional. Paul was our rep and he was a pleasure to work with. He took the reigns and followed up with our insurance so we didn’t have to do anything else with them. He handled it all. He even upgraded our shingles at no extra cost to us, so now we have a 30 year warranty. I can’t say enough positive things about them, and will certainly recommend and use again in the future. Thanks guys!
