  This is our second time working with Halm & Perkins. The first project they had helped with was finishing the basement level of our house - two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and home theater room. The most recent project included work on a home we had just purchased after having unexpected water entry into the house immediately following the purchase. While not the situation we had hoped for, the entire crew was fantastic to work with, and we are very thankful to have such wonderful people who were willing to lend a helping hand. They provide high quality work and we really value the feedback they provided throughout the process. Often times it felt like they considered our house as though it were their own, while keeping in mind any vision or inspiration that we have.

  What did you think of Halm and Perkins, LLC before you started with working with them? We were thinking of remodeling our kitchen in 2010. A very discriminating colleague said they had used them and were very happy with the results. I had a meeting with Jim and was very impressed so we went with them. What was your experience in working with Halm and Perkins, LLC? I have never seen a more pleasant work crew. They all seem so happy and work so well together. Joe and Lisa are very helpful when it comes to making decisions about how we want to proceed. We have used this company for the following extensive remodeling jobs: Kitchen remodel with all new cupboards, appliances, and flooring; master bathroom total remodel; converted a screened in porch to a beautiful three-season room with new energy efficient windows, doors, and flooring; tore out and built a beautiful new deck, and the last job was to remove a large built-in planter at the front door and replace it with a new stamped concrete front stairs and patio which is a great improvement to the front of our house. What would you like to tell someone that is considering using Halm and Perkins, LLC? They are honest, have a good work ethic, and have an excellent work crew. Have Joe come to your house and see your project and see what they can do for you. They are good people. We recommend them without reservation.

  Joe and Lisa (and their team) are great to work with, very responsive and good with communication. They do the job the right way the first time. We're so thankful our other contractor (Renew Restoration) hooked us up with them. They have done a bunch of work on our home: installing new granite countertops (that look fabulous), new flooring, bringing our fireplace mantle up to code, fixing various holes and whatnot, painting rooms, and installing new exterior doors. Their work looks great. They answered all my many questions too!
