  We reached out to Steve Sims several months ago after a hail storm affected our direct neighborhood and surrounding areas. We noticed many of our neighbors were having their roofs inspected and/or replaced at the time. Steve promptly responded, came out to inspect our roof, and explained to us that our roof was still in good condition and did not recommend full replacement at that time. He promised to keep in touch in the future, especially if any significant weather event hit our area. We were so pleasantly surprised, in that we had several roofers knocking on our doors insisting we needed replacement without even performing an inspection! The integrity and professionalism of Steve and his company is unparalleled. In fact, just this week after a rainstorm we noticed water dripping through our dining room ceiling which we traced to an attic area. We reached out to Steve again to see if he could take a look for us. He came out to our house (again promptly!) and saw an area that needed a repair! One of his technicians was here the very next day and completed the repair before the next storm. Thank you, Hail or High Water Roofing, we are proud to refer you to family and friends!

  Hail and high water were great to work with. Jackson was our rep throughout the process, and he provided a free consultation on our roof and provided a fair quote. He then dealt with our insurance company on our behalf to get our roof replacement covered by insurance. They were quick and professional when installing our roof, and provided great customer service and communication along the way. We are very satisfied with their work and our roof looks great!

  Steve worked with us replacing the roof, which was not covered by insurance. He is very professional, and sharing all the details with language that I can understand. He also went above and beyond to fix some minor issues for us. He has great communication skill, which is unique and genuine. We have recommend him to many other friends. We have also received positive feedbacks from our friends.
