  The team at Haggerty was great. They quickly responded after my initial email with a site visit and the quote was put together very timely. The project went smoothly and the work was done well. They checked in frequently, were available for questions and their work crews were professional, timely and their work was excellent. We love the brick work on the pillars and below the window!

  Called for a free consultation. Sales guy said he would call back with a time he could come out. Never called. We called back and he said he would come take a look last week. He asked that we leave pictures of what we were wanting on the door step and he would grab the photos and take a look at our property without "disturbing us." No show, no call. Super unimpressed.

  Sorry about this Carah. We are a small family business that has been flooded with requests over the last month for storm damage, and leads from the Home Show. Which is no excuse for the "No show, no call," but if you are willing to give us a second chance we will do our best to follow up better.

  I love my new windows. The process was easy from bid, to measurement, to picking out the product, and installation. Ryan was very knowledgeable and great and easy to work with! I had an idea for my kitchen window and he helped choose the right one for me and my needs. The installers were very clean and efficient and friendly as well. The only thing that could have improved was the clean up on the outside, I found handfuls of screws on the ground below the windows. In their defense there was snow on the ground so was probably hard to see. Ryan came and inspected the work and made sure I was happy with the product. Highly recommend this family business!!
