  Omg these guys are beyond awesome!!! Did the job quickly, super professional, fun and nice! Will definitely use them again when we need bulk removal! Pricing is great and reasonable. I cannot stress how awesome this company is! Book them. You’ll be happy!

  Like a car rental; take photos of the bin you receive and take photos before it's pickup !!! HTM will charges insane prices, $700 sq ft for bin damage; this means dents, holes and scratches. Plus, invoices are due immediately or a 1% fee will accrue (daily??) ***Consider yourself warmed*** To HTM Management- For clarity, paying for damage is not the issue; mistakes happen we use heavy equipment. Dumpers bins serve a function, a transport vessel for trash. The damage we inflicted was minor, no gaping hole. THE ISSUE: $700 sq ft to add a patch & paint; not reasonable or fair. It seems, damage charges are an easy making tactic. Future customers Consider yourself warmed*** Have a similar experience? Did you find this useful?

  Aloha Arlen Flanagan, Unfortunately, the damages sustained to our bin were not by our doing, and the appropriate charges to fix it were basically passed along to the responsible party. We understand your frustration and wished that the bin wasn't damaged so that we didn't have to charge you for the cost of repairing it. Our roll-off representative reached out and sent photos of the damages to either you or a colleague about this situation prior to the charge of repairs.   They are efficient & provide good service. The rental container & the time allotted was more than enough to get the job done. I would use their services again & recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.
