  *CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BEING PREPARED* DO NOT accept any contract work from this individual or his company, completed a insulation job supplied all materials and labour. Job was inspected and passed. Have not received payment and dose not answer skip day that promises to pay. Our understanding we are not the only ones that this has happened to. our lawyer is preparing a class action lawsuit there are attest 3 other individuals participating if interested please contact.   Richard Locklear did not finish a contract job that cost over $30,000 that was paid upfront. They never installed the hardwood floor and only left plywood. The sunroom was never built. They removed the vinyl siding to the house leaving the door exposed and never replaced it. To top it off they left their brick mason equipment and trailer in my yard. This has been over a 9 month process and we have not been able to contact him after several attempts. I would like to be contacted in reference to the Class Action Lawsuit.

  This business took $30,000 of our money and never completed the job. A six week project turned in to 10 months with no end in sight. We are now being sued by subcontractors for money we paid H & R, but he never paid to the subcontractor! If you want your money stolen then choose H & R Construction!
