  Absolutely the best customer service and delivery! Willie was so helpful when I called to discuss our renovation and material needs. He answered my questions on what materials worked best and the trends for coastal renovations. He promised delivery in a short time frame and that delivery time was met. The young man that delivered our materials was so very kind and he was very careful in removing the materials from the truck to our home. I cannot thank all of you involved enough for your kindness, professionalism and knowledge.

  I have a new construction house built 2 years ago--- Guy C Lee supplied windows and sliding glass door by YKK--Sliding glass door has never opened correctly---I asked Charles Buchanan , the sales representative , repeatedly to examine door .--He never showed up !---Also the house builder ,Ray Murdock , does not honor his warranty ! ----Update ! Sales Representative Charles Buchanan came to my house, removed glass panel ,replaced 2 sets of rollers underneath panel---Door now works properly---Thanks Guy C Lee Lumber
