  Tried to contact them on numerous occasions to get an estimate. I finally got through one day and the guy told me he would come out to give me an estimate and I never heard from them again.

  Mr. Clausen, I apologize for dropping the ball here. I didn't see a message from my office manager. 304-848-9870 is our office number. I have received a lot of calls on my cell phone and with being in the field, I have missed a few. Thank you for your time.
