Excellent work. Chris and his team did a beautiful job on a complicated roof line. What a difference the new large 6" gutters make. The were very professional, skilled and organized. The worksite was kept very tidy. As a Designer and Homeowner I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next gutter or roof project. Gutter One Construction Services is top notch!

Beware of this company, I had a roof and porch done 19 months ago and the gutter on the awning was done so poorly it leaked from the start and progressively got worst. Then to find out the slope on the awning is 1/12 and a flat roof which is not recommended by anyone to use shingles. Now the ply board under their roof is close to rot and the shingles are useless not to mention the warranty was voided to to the flat roof. I tryed to contact them and know one ever called back. Estimate on a rubber roof to save the wood is just under 1000$ and will not look anything as I had imagined when the job was started. If a mans word isn’t good than what else could be? Not to mention the referral money was never paid to my mother and the garage gutter was never installed. Very poor company to comincate with or do business. Do your home work and insist on things or end up like me and trust them and be out money, time and a lot of stress .... After waiting a week I called again Monday morning and talked to chuck, he grew very upset and quickly when I said how poor of a job was done. The shingles are void of there warranty, there is a pond of water under the soffit, the shingles were laid incorrectly spaced and not tied in properly, there was no step flashing used on the brick and I have almost rotted wood under the shingles from leaking. The slope was .75’ under shingle manufacture limits. Also he never provided drawings or mentioned an inspection which any reputable contractor would. I trusted him when he said no need for a permit and I learned to always have an inspection before the final payment. Replacement is quoted at 8500/9500$ plus the 3800 they built it for. I want to tell people this because this company doesn’t care about you after they complete there work and Chucks word means nothing. This is very disappointing. plz do your home work and avoid going down this road. It embarrassing, humiliating, stressful about what to do or who to turn to. Not to mention putting me a couple of years back on my retirement savings to get it fixed, all I can say is wow , he got me
