  Initial experience was excellent. Arthur came out the same day I called and quoted me for the job. Everything went great until it rained. Had leaks in between the gutter and the house in one area. After climbing up and checking, it looks like they cut the drip edge flashing for some reason. When asked about it Arthur could not remember why they did that. He did send his guys out to “fix” it a few days later. They added some drip edge flashing but not all the way to the corner of the house like it was before the install. I did not get a call to say they fixed it or anything. A week goes by and I still notice water running down the side of the house. I call Arthur again.... he immediately starts to cut me off and seems like he wants nothing to do with it then blames it on another piece of flashing on the roof that they did not mess with. I proceeded to push them to come take a look since he has yet to see what I’m talking about. After looking at it and using the water hose to test, they continue to blame another piece of flashing that goes up the side of the house but offer to throw more caulk at the problem. So they caulk the area where they removed the drip edge and then the area of the flashing they are blaming. All while saying they are not roofers and can’t replace anything, yet are quick to blame flashing that they conveniently didn’t have to touch even though they aren’t roofers. I texted a roofer the pictures and they immediately said the drip edge missing is what is causing the issue. So I’m taking the loss and having a roofer fix it right. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their workmanship as he said he would be out the next day once the caulk dries and has yet to try to make contact or come test. The whole time I just wanted him to replace the drip edge he messed up and if it still leaked I would contact a roofer, he would not listen and decided to caulk around the area of missing drip edge. Be Leary hiring this company as they admittedly know nothing about roofing and flashing yet have to mess with areas of your roof to install their gutters. (Updated) After a few more trips and Arthur having a roofer come look at the roof he was still unable to fix the leak. The roofer tried to fix it as well and with no luck unfortunately. I appreciate the effort and trying to fix the leak, however I had to call another gutter company in town to come fix the issue. I also had them fix an area on the roof where the shingles had been pushed up and had cause a leak around the soffit area.

  Shady and unreliable. Repeated, failed promises to complete job. No call no show several times. Now unresponsive. BEWARE!
