  I requested a bid from Gutter Helmet of Eastern Shore to install the Gutter Helmet product on a new gutter that another company had installed at the request of my builder a month earlier. I discovered after the fact this company did not offer the Gutter Helmet product I wanted. The estimator for Gutter Helmet came and gave a bid which I accepted and paid for. The job was scheduled but then I was called and told the job had been cancelled by the owner who thought it was too difficult because the gutter was on the second story and a pergola made access difficult. My money was refunded. The first company had had no such difficulty installing the gutter and downspouts a month earlier. Gutter Helmet left me without any means to obtain the product since there are no other dealers on the Eastern Shore where my property is located.

  I ordered Gutter Helmet because I had such a great experience with the product, price, installation and workmanship at my last home. Gutter Helmet of Easter Shore did not disappoint! They did an excellent installation in a timely fashion, cleaned up after themselves and left my property better than the found it. All involved, from sales staff through installation mechanics to post-installation followup staff were courteous, efficient and thorough. Have no hesitation about recommending Gutter Helmet of Eastern Shore.

  Works as advertised. Good installation crew. It is pricey but we are super glad not to have to clean gutters every couple of weeks so over the course of a year or two the price seems smaller. We are very happy with this product and the company that sold and installed it.
