Love these guys, been using Brian & his crews for years. Have had tune ups done on my gutters, Aswell as Gutter clean out in the fall & spring. I called Gutter Brothers in Delaware Co Pa on Wed 1/19/22. Spoke to
Brian, the owner and the men arrived at my house on Fri 1/21/22 and completed the job of cleaning and installing guards in abot 4 hrs. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend the company very highly.

Gutter Brothers provided on-time, professional, courteous service. The work was done cheerfully and everything was cleaned up wonderfully afterward. They went above and beyond to get the work done in a difficult spot. I would highly recommend this company for gutter cleaning.

Just had the Gutter Brothers install new gutters with gutter guard. Rob, who has been to our house in the past and his partner, whose name I forgot ( my bad) did a top notch job....from beginning to end, and they cleaned up meticulously after the work was done. This company should be the model for how all contractors treat their clients.
I don't want to forget mentioning Susan in the office....what a sweetheart. She couldn't have been more helpful and understanding.

Unprofessional, defensive and rude. They subcontracted all work, Machuca Roofing & Gutters, LLC were excellent and would highly recommend contracting with them directly. Unfortunately Gutter brothers conveyed scope improperly, and had to send the subcontractors back out to fix the mistakes (no fault of the subs). Owner then calls not to ask how everything turned out or apologies for the inconveniences but rather to inform me the job is done and he is running the remaining balance on the card that was used for the deposit. Deplorable

**CONTRACTORS BEWARE**

His review was quickly changed after our response.

This review is completely and totally untrue and undeserved.
All work was installed beautifully,  professionally and exactly as requested.
Homeowner was extremely rude bilgerent and unreasonable throughout the installation.

Here's the real story....

The homeowner installed his own wood, capping & roof  IMPROPERLY and provided all measurements.. which made the job more difficult....

We arrived at his home to do the installation the home owner was rude ignorant and profiled our crews because of there ethnicity....
He had very vicious dogs and appeared to be intoxicated.
We installed his gutters perfectly as he requested. Because he wouldn't speak to our crew concerns could not be communicated properly.
Our men felt that installing a downspout in a specific area would cause water to flood his basement. They made a decision not to install it.
Homeowner refused to communicate to our crew...
They worked tirelessly and professionally and were respectful and kind....I personally called to ask how everything looked...
He immediately became hostile and demanding...and very defensive, we calmly explained that due to the lack of communication we were forced to make a decision... he defensively stated that he wanted an additional downspout in a rude and hostile tone... WE APOLOGIZED for the confusion.
I respectfully offered to send my crew back to his home 1 hr away and install an additional downspout at his request AT NO CHARGE...and that we would professionally seal any and all holes that may exist behind the gutter after we perform the necessary adjustments with an aluminum sealer.
He was ok with this plan and agreed.
The downspout was installed the job was complete at which time we requested the balance be paid...with the credit card he agreed to keep on file so that it could be charged once completed.
We also agreed to waive the 3% fee.
PAST DUE BALANCE HAS NOT BEEN PAID TO DATE.

We received no additional communication from the Homeowner until this terribly hurtful and damaging review...

We stand by everything we do 100%
As the owner i will personally address any and all of your concerns without defensiveness and without hesitation.

Why anyone would leave this kind of damaging feedback knowing the stress and duress small business is facing these days is beyond me..

If we could RATE this Homeowner definitely 1 Star.

He will contract you and leave you a good deposit...until its time to pay.

Contractors beware!!

The work looks absolutely amazing!
And has a lifetime transferable warranty.

Subpar communication, pricing was not provided in advance and no advance notice of when they were coming, not sure that all gutters were cleaned.  Asked for an estimate on gutter guard and after the visit got call for an estimate on the invoice.

This is not a customer we serviced. We recieved no complaints from anyone during our follow ups.
These are not our practices.
As the owner in 100% involved in day to day transactions. We would never just show up without notice and bill you.
I wouldn't allow my staff to Bill you if this ever happened.
Money is not what motivates this business.
I can assure you that your experience will EXCEED your expectations at every visit.

Google can be used as a tool to damage a businesses reputation.
Often homeowners get businesses confused.

I can’t say enough about this company and their staff. They responded almost immediately, showed up on time, and their work was of a high standard. I would use their services again and highly recommend them. It is rare to be treated with respect, courtesy and integrity by contractors so this was a great experience.
