I had this company repair my roof after Irma, they were awesome. Jump forward three months ago, (April 2021) and I needed some roofing matters addressed. Naturally I called this company. I spoke with Diane in their office and she explained they are kinda backed up due to Covid. I was understanding and asked Diane to have them call me in two months to schedule an appointment. Well, here it is June 2021 and no follow up call. I took it upon myself to call them and again spoke with Diane. After explaining my needs Diane stated she will put me in the book for the week of June 14th and someone will call me to schedule the appointment. Here we sit June 18th, a full week after my second call and NO ONE responded to my needs. This company gives lip service and has ZERO follow through. If you call there DO NOT SPEAK with Diane as it's apparent she is lost on her duties.

Had a repair done. Came out, gave me a quote and got to me quickly. I liked the price and I moved forward with them. So far no leaks and everything is good. Will use them again.
