  We selected Guaria Contractors to replace our roof after we discovered a leak. Our neighbor had used them and we were very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. We contacted Mr. Perez and he was very good about communication. The work was done quickly, on time, and with great quality. We are extremely happy with the final product. The crew cleaned up the worksite after the work was finished each day and we had no problems. I would recommend Guaria Contractors without hesitation or reservation. Excellent job!

  We had a 101 year old house that had its original roof. Mr. Perez came out to help when we had a roof leak and gave us many options on fixing or replacing. We decided to replace the roof (which happened to be asbestos). Mr. Perez arranged all the contractors for the safe removal and options for new shingles. I am very happy with the end result, but I am most happy with the way Mr. Perez was communicative and kept me informed about when to expect deliveries and work/workmen at our home.

  Raul inspected/measured my existing roof and ordered the exact product I selected in the appropriate quantity. The day of the job (less than a week from my initial meeting with him), he ensured the existing 2 layers of roofing were properly removed, then he inspected the boards underneath (needed just one replacement). The job was completed in less than 8 hours. His crew left my home/lawn debris AND nail-free. I highly recommend Guaria Contractors!!!
