  I can't say enough good things about the excellent work done by Guardian replacing our roof and siding! They did excellent work, were clean, and very responsive to any issues to ensure complete satisfaction! They handled interactions with the insurance adjuster to ensure we got the maximum coverage for the damage our house had sustained. The owner Bob Frehafer is very personable and extremely knowledgeable ! Give him a call !

  The Guardians came out to replace my old roof last week and did an amazing job. They got the whole job done in one day. Bob met with me ahead of time to go over materials and to make sure I was well educated before making my final decisions. He was very clear about possibly needing new plywood in certain areas so I was not surprised when there were a few extra expenses, my 100 year old house needed some extra attention! Bob came back after the job was completed for a final inspection. Both Bob and Jon in the office were great with communicating throughout the whole process from start to finish.

  After the last windstorm we lost a great deal of our roof shingles. I contacted Guardian and Robert came out and inspected the damage. He spent a great amount of time explaining the process and the system they use for roofing. He also offered to assist us and guide us through the ordeal of dealing with insurance companies. Throughout, Robert and Jon in the office were always in contact with us to keep us informed. When the time came for the installation I was really impressed. The crew showed up at 7 AM and went to work stripping the old roof. The whole time there was an individual on the ground constantly cleaning the debris. I pointed out several of our prized landscape items and they were extremely careful not to disturb them. they even pointed out an issue with the construction and came up with a solution to correct it. I was surprised with the speed with which they completed the job. They also cleaned up the area so well that you wouldn't even know that we had a new roof put on. This is a company that I will have no reservation recommending to anyone who asks.
