When I saw that two of my neighbors used Guarantee for their roof replacements, I made a mental note to call them in the future. I haven't had to replace my roof, but since then I have had several repairs done by them. I have been more than satisfied with the work that was done and found them a pleasure to deal with. Calls are returned, time estimates for the job are accurate, care is taken in regard to keeping the property clean, and workers are friendly and cheerful.

We had some major storm damage to our roof, which had many existing layers and was old. Guarantee aided in tarping it to limit further intrusion while we worked with insurance. Guarantee also aided in the insurance details and was onsite when the insurance adjuster was to make sure everyone was on the same page. Did a full roof replacement including new decking and removing all previous layers. Got it done in 1 day with complete cleanup. New roof looks great! Also had them replace all gutters on house and install new on garage. Recommended.

Mike Bryd was wonderful to work with. He explained everything in detail to us. When we called with a question he was always eager to help. The Roof turned out Great & looks nice too. I’ve even seen my electric & gas bills go down a few dollars. I would recommend Mike Byrd & Guarantee Roofing!! 5 ⭐️
