  Arturo and his team did a fantastic job on my very large roof. This was an insurance claim and we had a bit of a battle at first since my insurance company was giving me a very hard time accepting the claim from recent hail damage. Arturo was very professional. knowledgeable. and patient through the whole process. We got it and I had improvements done on top of what was existing to extend the life of my roof. I appreciate how fair and honest he was. Now I have this great roof protecting my family. Thank you Arturo to you and your team!

  We called Arturo on Thursday and he came out that Saturday to give us an estimate. He not only called when he was in route to our home, but he showed up on time and ready to analyze our damage. He was very informative on the material he would use and explained the process on how he would do it. His estimate for the project arrived only a couple hours after he left. He was very polite, extremely friendly and you could tell he was sincere in everything he was saying. As eager as we were to get the job moving we found out our community would take care of the damage for us and we didn't actually use his service. However, im confident his company would have done an excellent job and we intend to contact him in the future for work we still need done.

  We had wind damage on an aging roof that was past the point of repair. These guys showed up and put tarps up immediately. Arturo was very well versed in all the insurance verbiage that we where clueless on. He was able to walk us through the process step by step with USAA and worked with the insurance company for anything that was required. After everything was said and done, we where able to upgrade our roof system to a better product and add a ridge vent system to help with the Texas heat. These guys where more than professional through the whole experience and finished the job in a timely manor. The finished product is amazing with a great warranty. We have already recommended them to friends. Thanks for the great experience GT Roofing.
