  Troy & his co-worker went above and beyond while working the past few weeks at our administrative building, Berwick Industrial Development Association (B.I.D.A.). These two gentlemen were not only courteous, professional and friendly, but they were willing to go that extra mile. We highly recommend them and hate to see them go! GSM Roofing is very lucky to have Troy and his co-worker as part of their team!! 5 stars + ALSO - after seeing several other reviews, we must note, the guys ALWAYS wore their masks while in and out of our building! Very respectful.

  Three GSM employees with logo shirts, driving a GSM logoed truck, were maskless in the convenience store I visited this morning, despite a BIG FAT SIGN requesting a mask as a condition of entering. If they are so thoughtless about others in public, I would not trust them to do my roof. "I do not care about you" was embossed across their foreheads.

  Rude and ignorant. Tried to run us off the road, playing games on the PA TURNPIKE. not a good look when your company logo is on the truck. Grow up. I'd never use this company just based on their poor behavior. Probably a bunch of careless 20 year olds.
