Jamie and Mike from Green Gable Roofing & Exteriors provided excellent service for their repair today. Replacing the damaged window frames with an upgraded drainage system for the windows so they would not rot again. They were efficient in providing these services. Almost made no noise as they removed and replaced the frames, this is amazing as we thought the process would be very noisy. Extremely professional in telling us the process and making repairs quickly and cleaning up any left over materials. So clean, thank you. I would recommend Jamie and Mike for any project and would hire them again in the future when we need more help with roofing, windows and exteriors. THANK YOU!

We had a flood in our office and Green Gable came to the rescue FAST! We had a great experience working with Chico and Rachel and the whole team through this process. They really saved us from further damage and were there every step along the way. Jamie, Roman, and Ryan did a GREAT job on our floors! We are so happy with them! And we are even happier with these beautiful new floors than what we had before. Thanks so much for the help and for sending the awesome team to the rescue! We really appreciated the great work Des did on the clean up as well! Thanks so much! Call these guys when you have a need!

Overall the project was a nightmare. This company was referred by Allstate, the claim was made due to a roof leak, which caused water damage to the ceiling and wall inside. Shortly after making the claim they showed up at the house to get started on the dry out. Steve showed up routinely to check on the dry out process, and eventually to do the demo portion. That portion was quick and efficient, the rest was completely opposite, like pulling teeth to get anything done. The communication was one of the biggest issues, telling us they'd be there on a Wednesday between 10-noon, then not showing up at all and then the office apologizing saying they thought it was scheduled for Thursday. Communication on their end with each other was also very poor, having workers show up who hadn't worked on the project and were unfamiliar with any materials they needed before showing up. There's not enough time to list all of the communication issues, but there was one day where they told us they'd arrive between 8-10am, but they didn't show until 11. When the guy showed up at 11, he stuck around for 10 minutes making notes about what materials he'd need, and then didn't show back up until after 3pm. My girlfriend and I had to take multiple days off of work, at least 6 days between us, for this job to be completed. That alone cost us more than the entire project. There was never an insurance adjuster who came to look at my damage, and I don't believe that Green Gable did a good job capturing the entire scope of the damage. I had another contractor over shortly after the job was complete, and he doesn't believe the job was done to code. In the areas that the drywall was removed, there was no insulation between the drywall and the exterior wall, and when they completed the job they didn't put any insulation up. I have code upgrade coverage in my insurance policy, so I am having it looked into to see if it all needs to be redone properly. This job obviously was a nightmare, so I got the phone number of the owner from one of the contractors at my house and we spoke for probably 45 minutes while I aired my grievances. He apologized and explained some of what was happening, and told me he would get back in touch with me after looking over my file. I never heard back from him, and eventually we just received an invoice. Since we're looking into the work, we hadn't paid the invoice, and after a week or two they applied a courtesy discount without us contacting them. The courtesy discount is great, but I am a man of my word and expect when somebody says they are going to call me back, that they will. I recommend you save yourself multiple headaches and arguments by finding a different company.

This customer lives with Shelby Flinn (who also left a nasty review). I personally spoke with this customer and offered him money back due to the fact that we had to reschedule on a couple occasions. Primarily he didn't understand why everything couldn't happen all within a day or so because the damage was so small. His experience is as a window salesman who had just become a roofing salesperson with a competitor of ours. After explaining the difference in restoration vs simple installs or hiring a single trade subcontractor to install shingles on a roof I thought we had come to an understanding. It appears that wasn't the case. Having the ability to leave a negative review is a good thing for anyone searching for the overall quality of a company but when you insist on grossly exaggerating the facts and leaving multiple negative reviews just to damage a competitor then it seems to be less than honest. That is what occurred here.
