Great Lakes Roofing did a great promptly responding to my roof leaks. They sent a technician within a few days to assess the current situation as well as a visual inspections of the entire roof. All problem areas were clearly explained as well as repair options. I received a quote for the repairs shortly after the visit and once approved, a crew was on its way to work on the roof. The crew showed up on time, was polite and professional, reviewed the repairs with me before they left, and left the site cleaner than they found it.

We recently had our roof replaced with a new PVC roof, installed by Great Lakes Roofing. From start to finish, each and every person I dealt with from the company was professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made the process so easy for us. They are "genuine" - and that isn't always easy to find. I never felt like I was getting a high-pressure sales pitch when I was going through the quote process. They truly went above and beyond my expectations, delivering exactly what they said they would in an extremely timely manner. They checked in throughout the whole process to make sure I was in the loop and aware of what and when things were happening. They know what they are doing, they stand behind their product and workmanship, and I 100% recommend them!

Our experience using Great Lakes Roofing at Martin Jewellers in Shawano has been exceptional. The quote and installation process was professional. An unrelated problem after instal resulted in a leak that was quickly identified by Adam and Nick. They adjusted their schedule to come onsite and resolve the issue quickly. They went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service. This company truly cares about their customers. Look no further and use Great Lakes Roofing!
