  We used Great Lakes Building Concepts to install new shingles and gutters. The quoting process was simple, and fairly quick. They were in our top four for pricing. Took about 3-4 weeks to begin work after. The install of the roof was nice, the crew was respectful and seemed to have done a quality job. Gutter crew were younger guys. Gutters seem to be hung correctly, but the miter cuts leak on most of the corners, and near my bedroom I can hear the drip during rain or snow melt and it keeps me up all night. I've contacted GLBC to have someone come out and fix, they did respond that they were looking into it. I have not heard anything further, but it's now winter so perhaps they are scheduling for better weather and hopefully they'll contact me soon. I'll likely change my review rating when the job is all done.

  Great experience overall with having my roof replaced. Team was efficient and professional and made sure everything was picked up when finished. Once quoted and agreed to price, they started within a couple of weeks and finished in just over a day. I was glad to have chosen them.

  I had my asphalt shingle roof replaced seven months ago by Great Lakes Building Concept. The crew arrived to my house on time and completed the roof job efficiently in one day. Two weeks ago part of a shingle blew off under high winds, followed by four inches of snow. They sent someone within a day or two to replace the damaged shingle before any leaking issues could occur. I live about 90 miles from their office! I appreciate the rapid response and follow up call from the owner after the repair. After receiving bids from several other roofers I am so glad I chose this company to replace my roof. Thank you!
