We cannot more highly recommend these guys.  we just finished taking out a huge Magnolia by a pool.  They did a fabulous job without incident.  We have used them a couple of times before and it was the same, just superior professionalism, nice guys,  they totally clean up after the job.  Great attention to detail in the trimming and cutting.  they ;had a truck ther to load the Magnolia in, and 30 minutes after the guy finished cutting, it was all loaded and they were gone.  Everything was clean, driveway and pool were blown off.  It could not have gone better.  Use them without hesitation.  Pricing is really good.

The demo guys with Gray's are awesome. I've used them now on two different projects (slab removal and structure teardown). They get the job done right, get it done quickly, and do it affordably.  I will continue to use them.

Grays Tree Service was excellent at clearing my backyard. They had personalized support and estimating, a friendly crew of men(Steve, Phil, Derrick were so attentive and focused!) and helped explain how they planned to attack the yard, we had several trees ranging in size. Gray's just took down a very large, and very dead, maple in my front yard. I can't say enough about their crews and office staff. Absolutely top notch! They did a great job for a reasonable price. Looking forward to using the stump grindings for compost.

I was assured that tree debris would be picked up within 24 hours when I was given an estimate for removal of a large tree in my front yard.  On the day of the work order, I was once again told that removal of debris would be the following day.  It is now 2 days and I am being told that they are a high volume business and will attempt to remove the debris within 72 hours.  I have used them in the past and have been pleased with work that was done as promised. I am now told that damage to my yard would not occur for 10 days.  Will not use again.

First let me say this. The people who work for Grays are very nice. But they run an awful business. From the time I called them to when the job was done took close to a month. So I needed three dead trees removed. Called got the quote within a couple days. Scheduled it for a few days later. Well we had some rain periodically which they can’t work in and that is not their fault. What is their fault is how poorly they communicated and they told me multiple times that they would take care of it the next day and they never did. Also, they needed a special crane and they couldn’t figure out how to schedule that either. Then they cut the trees down super quick, so that was a plus. But they left the debris on my grass for over a week and messed up my lawn. Then, they came to grind the stumps a week later. They ground them and just left the debris all over my yard. When I called a few days later they said they charge extra to remove stump debris and said most people use it in their yards. What am I supposed to use dead tree debris for? Why was this not mentioned when I got a quote? Anyways, I will not be using them again.

Grays Tree Service has been a blessing! They have done huge projects and smaller ones. Their team is amazing and thoughtful. They also have the best equipment to prevent damage on the property and clean up perfectly!

Incredible Service Professional and knowledgeable staff! Had a tree to fall on 2 of our cars blocking our drive this past Sunday Morning a little after 6 am. Called their emergency number and they had a crew out within an hour were cutting limbs - took several hours to get it removed - Christian and crew were awesome bonus that they cleaned up everything before they left Very fair pricing Professional responsive staff THANK YOU!!

Gray's crew did what they promised.  They appear to work with safety in mind at all times.  The huge tree removed came down quickly.  They were careful not to damage my driveway and landscaping.

I loved Gray's Tree Service when they came and cut down the two huge oak trees in my front yard.  They didn't harm my grass at all and cleaned up all of the mess.  They did stack the big logs on the open area next to my house until a large truck come come haul them off......which was later on that afternoon.  Can't say enough good things about their service or work.
