  I called Grant Roofing for a leak in my roof and a quote on pressure washing my home, walkways and driveway...in late November. Taylor came out and was able to quickly (and inexpensively - WHEW!) repair a hole in my roof. He followed up within a day or two and sent me a quote for the pressure washing of my driveway and walkways for both front and back. They use a soft washing system using hot water (equipment they have) to wash the house and kill the moss spores. I don't have a BEFORE image because everything was green and, frankly, embarrassing. We had meant to get to the pressure washing over the summer. I approved the quote and was scheduled 3 weeks out, December 20th. This meant I would have to choose between holiday decorations or the cleaning. I chose to decorate minimally and wait. Even with snow in the forecast for next week, it was worth it. My house looks amazing, the walkways, driveway and gutters are pristine, and I was able to spend a few hours decorating after they left. It worked out just fine. The price was competitive and the service was excellent from everyone: Taylor, the owner; Megan in the office; and Gustavo, the courteous service provider who did such a good job on the cleaning. I'm very pleased. It truly looks amazing. I will definitely use Grant Roofing & Pressure Washing's services again and would recommend them (and have!) to others.

  Finding a good roofer these days is hard. I liked that Grant Roofing responded in a timely fashion and cleaned all gutters as expected. Yes, consider doing more additional work in the near future.

  I reached out to multiple companies before scheduling to get my gutters cleaned. Grant roofing was the only one that came to the house, used a ladder and actually looked at the gutters before giving me a quote. They were very professional and responsive as well. They got the job done quickly and it looks great! I will definitely be using them in the future.
